The opportunity

This role is responsible for the resolution and management of high impact technical customer issues and for being able to troubleshoot a broad spectrum of Sandvine products, while providing in-depth technical leadership in multiple areas.

The Job

Demonstrate superior debugging and troubleshooting of complex system problems
Experience in dealing with Customers Issues, able to work on a dynamic environment
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to deliver upon solutions
Working with a high performance customer focused global team
Work with internal teams to streamline and improve processes
Define & manage the KPIs

What skills you bring

A University degree plus 12+ years of experience in managing high impact technical customer issues and leadership, innovation and problem solving
Strong verbal and written communication to manage Customers
Identify the trends and identify the areas of product improvement and/or preventive actions
Knowledge of existing any (3G, 4G, FTTH, Cable, …) data networking architectures and emerging (5G, IoT) technologies
Establishing connections with partners and customers
Requires travel based on business needs
