Software Engineer II (Azure)

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer with keen technical acumen and proven track record on product delivery to help design and build the platform foundation for Energy industry. Initial version of platform will focus on building Energy domain specific efficient data platform and APIs working closely with customers and partners(ISVs). We expect passion for design, coding, debugging coupled with engineering rigor and efficiency in building features of high quality.


Responsibilities
As a developer in the team, you will be responsible for designing, coding and testing features of the product working closely with Product Managers, Senior engineers, Customers/Partners and leaders. You would own the end to end life cycle of your features, from inception to managing it live on production.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field. Previous experience with web services, storage, cloud computing, and large scale systems is a plus.
4+ years of experience with designing, implementing, debugging and launching commercial software products or web services
Experience in systems side of software development. Thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals, architecture, memory models, and algorithms design.
Proven ability to design and create componentized, well-architected software which can scale.

Excellent knowledge of Java/JavaScript/C#/REST Services/C++
