RPA Consultants will be responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of RPA bots that will interact with multiple third party applications.
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software.
Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes, and any process change activities.
Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Qualifications and experience required:
5 - 7 years of relevant RPA bot development experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
2+ years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.)
1+ years of experience leading workstreams or small teams
Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle Analytics or Systems integration engagement across strategy, design, and implementation
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
Experience with Agile and DevOps
Ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Understanding of cyber security
