Test Lead

Job Responsibility

Understand & Analyze requirements of the Project
Prepare test scenarios & detailed test cases based on the requirements
Review of Test Scenarios & Test Cases
Perform walkthrough of Test Plan/Test Scenarios/Test Cases with business stakeholders
Task Allocation to Team members
Perform Test Execution
Log the defects into the defect mgmt. system
Defect retesting
Attend Defect Triage meetings
UAT support activities
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client Stakeholders
Timely escalation to Project Manager & other stakeholders
Ensure on-time project deliverables based on the Project timeline & different milestones.
Act as the single point of contact between Development Team, Testing Team & Other Client Stakeholders
Job Requirements

6+ years’ experience of Manual functional testing in Banking domain
At least 3 years’ experience in Trade Finance / Financial Supply chain Management domain
Well versed in writing business scenarios and detailed test cases.
Willing to do 100% hands on testing
Hands on Experience in Jira & Confluence & Zephyr Add-in for Jira
Experience in Test automation using TOSCA (Can consider experience in other automation tools)
Experience in Service Virtualization and service automation.
Willing to do 100% hands on testing
