The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand the architecture needs of multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
Required skills:
RPA Tools- Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Pega (AA mandatory)
Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years in IT Industry
Desired Competencies :
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
4-5 years of experience in information technology and business consulting;
2-3 years of experience in application design, development, and management;
2-3 years of experience in architecting enterprise solutions;
3-4 years of experience in architecting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations with in-depth expertise in Automation Anywhere RPA platform; Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership to large-scale application design and development projects
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :
Design enterprise automation solutions for the clients enterprise;
Translate winning proposals into reference-able client project delivery leading medium to large project teams with responsibility for overall successful delivery;
Support sales pursuits by providing technical leadership;
Build internal and external eminence in enterprise automation;
Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials in enterprise automation; Inspire and mentor technical team members.
Build and grow client relationships through delivery excellence.
Good to Have:
2-3 years of experience in architecting any ERP/package implementation;
2-3 years of experience in designing solutions.
2 years of involvement in at least one aspect of a digital transformation (e.g., business modeling, digital marketing, operation automation, etc.);
In-depth knowledge of service management/ITIL;
In-depth domain expertise in at least one of the following process areas:
Finance and Accounting (F&A), Sales Order Processing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Human Resource (HR), Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Engineering/Production
Soft Skills-
You have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Critical thinking skills to assess how RPA capabilities can best be applied to complex business situations.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills
