1. 2 – 5 years of Experience with Nice CXOne platform ( Core platform with IVR, WFM, Digital channels, Speech analytics, etc) . Over all 2 – 5 Years years experience in working with contact centre platforms.
2. Prefer resources having support experience more than implementation .
3. Good coordination and problem solving skills on cloud environment.
4. Experience of working with US based customers.
5. Should have implementation experience of integrations with Nice and other Incident Management systems like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud (Knowledge and Tickets)
